Special Announcement Regarding COVID-19

Dear valued customer,

At this point we are still open, but in a more limited capacity to service our customers in every aspect of their vehicle needs while adhering to State and Federal guidelines as they change. 

We are implementing the following preventative actions to reduce any exposure or sharing of the COVID-19 virus:

  • Regularly reminding employees of the proper hygiene practices to help prevent the spread of the virus, which include thoroughly washing hands with soap and water throughout the day, avoiding shaking hands, and maintaining social distance
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas after a customer interaction
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all customer lounges and restrooms
  • Providing hand sanitizer, disinfectant sprays and wipes throughout stores
  • Requiring any employee who does not feel well to stay home
  • Requiring employees who have traveled to a 14-day quarantine
  • Employee mask policy: We ask our employees to wear a mask while indoors or outdoors unless the individual maintains at least six feet of separation from another customer or employee.

For vehicle service, we will continue to provide our world-class maintenance, repairs and recall work. Additionally, we have put in place several preventative actions to reduce any exposure or sharing of the COVID-19 virus:

  • Scheduling of services for your vehicle (either by phone or our website) is strongly recommended. This will help to ensure your vehicle is in and out as quickly as possible, while also minimizing person-to-person interaction at the dealership.
  • Vehicle drop-off is strongly recommended to ensure we are following social distancing best practices.
  • Walk-ins are still welcome at this time
  • Service employees wearing gloves while servicing your vehicle
  • Over-the-phone or online payment is encouraged on all serviceable items.
  • We have spaced the waiting room out, so there is no close contact.
  • Customer interaction areas have temporary protective barriers.
  • We have stopped the shuttle service to avoid close contact in a vehicle.

For sales, we are always prepared to do business online, phone and video communication to minimize the time a customer is required to spend in our dealership.
