Why the 2021 Honda Civic is the Perfect Commuter Car

The Honda Civic is a compact car and a small sedan that’s fun to drive. It’s available as a sedan or a hatchback and offers a choice of engines. The comfortable cabin and fuel efficiency are just some of the reasons it is perfect for commuting. Take a look at some more.

The Power

Power for the Civic comes from either a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gas engine that develops 158 horsepower or a turbo 1.5-liter four-cylinder that puts out 174 horsepower. Both engines work with front-wheel drive and use a continuously variable automatic transmission.

The Cabin

The Civic has a comfortable cabin that comes standard with automatic climate control and a height-adjustable driver’s seat. Bumping up to the EX trim adds heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a power-adjustable driver’s seat, and if you have the EX-L, it upgrades to leather upholstery. The Touring is the most luxurious Civic and has a power-adjustable passenger seat that comes in handy if you commute with a friend, and it adds heated rear seats.

The Technology

You can stay connected all through your commute in the Civic. Even the base trim has a 5-inch touch screen and a four-speaker stereo. The Sport adds a 7-inch touch screen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a USB charging port, and an upgraded eight-speaker stereo system. Stepping up to the top-level Touring adds an integrated navigation system, and it upgrades to a 10-speaker stereo.

The Civic is perfect for any commute. It’s fun to drive, has a comfortable cabin, and has the latest tech features.
